Alex’s passion for design and traditional crafts led him to found Kinland in 2021. He brings nearly 20 years experience in development, with specific expertise in construction, pan-European investment, mixed-use development and public and private sector fundraising. Alex leads the day-to-day operation and overall strategy of the business, keeping a close watch on every aspect of development.

Chris joined Kinland in December 2022 to lead our ambitious growth plans. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, he brings extensive experience in the Real Estate sector to support Kinland’s innovative approach and attention to detail throughout the development process. Chris is responsible for financial stewardship, fundraising, corporate governance, IT, and legal and regulatory activities.

Paul Easlea

Paul joined Kinland in May 2023, to head up the day to day financial activities of the business and to support the Board. With an extensive background in Construction and Property Development, Paul brings with him all the necessary tools and experience to run Kinland’s back office finance function. Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant with key responsibilities covering accounting, financial modelling & forecasting, treasury, taxation and payroll activities.

Peter Williamson

Peter joined Kinland in September 2023 as development manager. Originally qualifying and practising as an architect, Peter later moved into Project then Development management. He has worked on residential, education and commercial projects both consultancy and client side as well as acting as Main Contractor. This has given him a strong understanding of design management, buildability and value, making him a keen problem solver for all things construction. Peter has a passion for residential architecture and sustainability. He combines his interest in development, construction and architecture to create design-led homes with Kinland.

Mark Doyle

Mark joined Kinland in July 2024 to oversee the business' commercial function throughout the development cycle. He brings 17 years of industry experience with his time spent in both developing and main contracting. Mark prides himself on his strong supply chain relationships and his ability to overcome complex commercial ensuring he can deliver best value without compromise on quality. Mark joins the team with a passion for delivering best in class real estate projects and an ambition to support the business' growth plans.

Nick Priggen

Nick joined Kinland in April 2024 to manage the business’s acquisition and disposal strategy. With, in excess of 15 years experience in the property industry, previously working at a boutique investment and development practice, Nick will draw on his extensive contact base to ensure our project pipeline aligns with ambitious growth targets. Whilst Nick’s focus will be on buying and selling of Kinland assets, he will also oversee early stage planning processes and work with Alex on investor relations.
