Three new semi-detached homes in south-east London developed in collaboration with d u s t architecture and interior design agency Ademchic.

The project was inspired by mid-century Californian modernism and will emphasise both luxury and craftsmanship, using raw materials with a polished finish.

All three properties — one three-bedroom and two five-bedroom — will feature courtyards and private gardens. Inside, there will be polished concrete floors, terrazzo detailing in the bathrooms, full-height glazing and lime wash walls in pastel tones, evoking a laid-back Californian lifestyle.

The project is located just off Lordship Lane, a bustling area known for its independent shops, delis, cafes, bars and restaurants. Trains from East Dulwich and Peckham Rye stations connect with London Victoria, London Bridge and the Jubilee Line, and Peckham Rye Common and Dulwich Park are a short walk away.
